SHING is being framed up by TUNG. SHING is forced to resign voluntarily. HO asks ESTHER to be the witness. Unexpectedly, ESTHER has fallen in love with TUNG. She is in league with TUNG. He heard of SHING's case. He will investigate the case thoroughly. TUNG meets YUET at LEUNG's shop. He is attracted by her beauty. YUET takes the chance to tempt TUNG so as to spoil ESTHER and TUNG's relationship. ESTHER is jealous. She even breaks into TUNG's office and disclose the truth regarding TUNG stealing HO's design. TUNG is failed. HONG does not sue him. TUNG resigns.
