In Her City...

Saiyed Farooq Jamal is an award-winning filmmaker and writer. He made his debut with a short film titled "In Her City..." in April 2019 which was officially selected in four different film festivals in India, Bangladesh, Italy and the UK. His second short "Sisak", made in 2021, was officially selected in Lift-Off Global Network Sessions 2022, UK, Kalakari Film Festival, Mumbai Independent Film Festival. It is currently running for various other festivals. Sisak also received eight nominations at the Indian Film House Short Film Awards 2022 and won four medals in Best Direction (Gold), Best Actress (Silver), Best Actor (Silver) and Best Cinematography (Silver) categories.
