    August 13, 1910 — Al Beheira, Egypt

    An Egyptian singer, born in Shubrakhit in the Buhaira Governorate in 1910. He joined the book in his village for a short time, and memorized the Noble Qur’an. Muhammad Abd al-Muttalib worked with composer Daoud Hosni and with composer Muhammad Abd al-Wahhab. He also worked for a period with the Badia Masabni band, and during his career he presented dozens of songs that achieved a wide audience for him, including: (I live in the Sayyida neighborhood, oh people of love, and leave your desires, oh night White), and he also participated in several films, including: (5 Al-Habayeb Street, Give me your mind, Night of Love, You Have a Day, O Unjust, Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves). He passed away in 1980 at the age of 70.
