Kenji Kosugi

Kenji Kosugi is a Japanese novelist born in Tokyo, Japan. He was a member of the Japan Detective Writers Association and served as a selection committee member in the short and series of short stories selected by the Japan Detective Writers Association Award from 1993 to 1994.
