    Hiroshi Nishikiori (Japanese: 錦織博, born May 20, 1966) is a Japanese anime director from Kyoto, Japan.

    He debuted in 1999 with I'm Gonna Be An Angel! Two years later, he directed Angelic Layer, which won the Animation Kobe in the television category. In 2002, he directed the anime adaptation of Azumanga Daioh. He was also the casting director and storyboard artist of the anime and contributed to The Very Short Movie by directing, writing the screenplay, and drawing the storyboard. From 2008 to 2019, he directed the anime adaptation of A Certain Magical Index, as well as its theatrical film, A Certain Magical Index: The Movie – The Miracle of Endymion. In 2020, he directed From Argonavis. He has also worked on such anime series as Love Hina, Revolutionary Girl Utena, and Negima!, most frequently as a storyboard artist.
